Sea fish is an important product for a healthy diet. Its beneficial properties are extremely important for human health. Fish is used in various dishes and is very easy to prepare.

- - sour cream 5 tbsp. spoons;

- - seasoning for fish.

We start cooking with blanks. We wash the fish fillet thoroughly with water and remove the remaining moisture with a paper towel. Then cut the fish into small plates or slices and pickle in spices. I usually cut into slices of about 2 * 2 cm. Peel the carrots and onions and finely chop.

Pour vegetable oil into a pan and put on a big fire. When the oil is hot, spread the pieces of fish and fry on all sides, make sure that the fish does not burn, the fire can be slightly reduced. After 10 minutes, the fish is half ready and add onions and carrots to the pan, mix thoroughly and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Then add sour cream, salt and fish spices to the pan to taste and add water. Water must be poured so that the fish is completely covered. Stew the dish for about 30 minutes, sometimes mix.

We lay the finished dish on a plate for everyone, decorating with chopped greens.
note
As a fish for this dish, pollock, pangasius, pelengas and haddock are well suited. It is not advisable to use the sea language, as the variety is very bold.

You can serve the finished dish with boiled young potatoes or as an independent dish.
