There are many ways to cook salted cucumbers, however, if you cook cucumbers according to this recipe, you will probably leave it in your notebook, because it is very simple to cook cucumbers on sparkling water, and you can put ready salted cucumbers on the table in 12 hours.

You will need

  • - fresh cucumbers - 1 kg;

  • - mineral sparkling water - 1 liter;

  • - garlic - 4-5 cloves;

  • - salt - 2 tbsp. l (without slide);

  • - fresh dill - 100 g.

Rinse the cucumbers thoroughly and cut off the ends on both sides. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces.

Take a glass or enamel saucepan and lay its bottom with dill and chopped garlic. Put prepared cucumbers in a pan and cover them again with a layer of dill and garlic.

Add salt to the bottle of mineral sparkling water, close the lid and shake the bottle vigorously several times so that the salt dissolves faster. Pour the prepared saline solution into the cucumber pan.

Cover the cucumbers with a plate and put in a cool place to insist. You can put the cucumbers in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, you can get out of the saucepan and serve on the table amazing salted cucumbers - resilient, crispy and aromatic.

For salting such cucumbers, you can use not only mineral, but also table sparkling water.
