Knead soft dough, let it rise, putting in a warm place. Grind meat, onions, sweet and bitter peppers, parsley, peeled tomato. For grinding, you can use a blender. Add softened butter, salt and mix.

From the approached dough to form koloboks, let them come up. Thinly roll each bun, spread with minced meat.

Bake in the oven at 220-240 degrees 5-8 minutes. Pour the finished cakes with lemon juice, lay on top slices of tomato and lemon, parsley leaves.
