Wash the chicken fillet, cook until tender. Cool and cut into small pieces.

Peel the onions, chop finely, fry a little with butter.

Cut mushrooms and also fry. Then mix onions, mushrooms and chicken, pepper, salt.

To prepare sour cream sauce, it is necessary to warm the flour in a frying pan until creamy, add two tablespoons of butter, pour sour cream, pepper and salt to taste, constantly stirring to cook for about 5 minutes.

Take the cocotte (or other suitable form) grease with oil, and sprinkle the sides of the form with breadcrumbs. Arrange a mixture of chicken fillet, mushrooms and onions in each form, pour everything with sour cream sauce.
