Kebab in Persian means "fried meat." Currently kebab is popular in many countries around the world. To cook kebab, lamb is usually traditionally used, but in different countries it is cooked in different ways and instead of lamb, beef, goat, pork, or as in this culinary recipe, chicken is used.

Ingredients for Kebab:

  • Chicken breast - 2 pcs;

  • Onion medium - 1 pc;

  • Dill;

  • Chicken yolk - 1 pc;

  • Flour - 1 tbsp. l.;

  • Wooden skewers - 6 pcs;

  • Salt, pepper to taste.

Ingredients for Tomato Sauce:

  • Tomato juice - 250 ml;

  • A bunch of cilantro;

  • A bunch of parsley;

  • A bunch of dill;

  • Walnuts (peeled) - 50 g;

  • Tomato - 1 pc.

Cooking:

  1. Wash and strip chicken breasts. Cut the two parts of the fillet into arbitrary pieces.

  2. Peel and chop randomly onion. Take dill and chop finely.

  3. Prepare a blender or meat grinder. Grind the minced chicken with onion. Combine minced chicken with chopped dill, ground pepper and salt. We send the yolk and a tablespoon of flour to the stuffing for a bunch of products. Knead and let stand a little.

  4. We heat the pan, pour the vegetable oil. Using two tablespoons, we make kebab from minced chicken. We strung each on wooden skewers.

  5. Fry in a preheated pan from all sides for 2 minutes. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180-190 degrees, bring the kebabs to readiness already in the oven for about 15 minutes.

  6. To prepare tomato sauce, put the stewpan on the fire, pour the tomato juice and leave for 5 minutes to evaporate.

  7. Warm up the speed and spread the walnuts and dry them a little. Then transfer the nuts to a blender and finely chop.

  8. Cut the tomato into a small cube. Finely chop the greens. We put chopped walnuts and tomato in boiling tomato juice. Cook the sauce for another 2 minutes.

  9. Turn off and let cool a bit. Before serving, pour the greens and mix vigorously.
