Enchiladas is a tortilla, layered with filling, twisted and sprinkled with hot sauce. Initially prepare the sauce. Pour half of the vegetable oil into the pan. Sliced chili peppers, onions and garlic in hot oil. Then add canned tomatoes to the vegetables. Cut them into halves in advance. Stew for 5-7 minutes, salt and pepper with black pepper at the end.

Fry the minced meat with a small amount of vegetable oil in a separate pan. Stuffing should get a beautiful fried look. At the end of cooking, season the chicken with red ground pepper, spices and salt.

Grate the cheese. Preheat the tortillas in the microwave; they need to become elastic.

Place the minced meat on one side of each cake. Lay the cheese on top, then sprinkle with herbs. Roll the blanks into tubes.
