Rinse chicken legs, dry with paper towels, put in a bowl, season with spices, pepper and salt, mix and leave for 10 minutes. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Peel and chop the garlic in a mortar or in a way that is familiar to you.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry in it until golden shank. Then put them on a plate. Put onion and garlic in the same pan and sauté until golden brown. Add flour and mix thoroughly.

Transfer the chicken drumsticks back to the pan, add dry white wine and sprigs of rosemary. Stew the chicken until the sauce is doubled. Then add the olives and some water, simmer another 5-7 minutes. When serving, garnish with chopped greens. Garnish with mashed potatoes or a salad of fresh vegetables.
