  • - 3 tablespoons of tomato puree;

  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;

  • - 3 cloves of garlic;

  • - 8 chicken thighs without skin;

  • - 500 g of new potatoes;

  • - 4 branches of thyme;

  • - 140 g smoked bacon;

  • - 400 g of small varieties of tomatoes;

  • - salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Cut the chili pepper along, remove the seeds. If you like the most spicy dishes, the seeds can be left. The potatoes are thoroughly washed with a brush, but not cleaned.

In a blender, grind chili peppers with tomato puree, olive oil and peeled garlic cloves.

We spread chicken thighs and potatoes on a baking sheet, generously salt and pepper, spread tomato paste on top, mix with hands or a fork. Add the thyme sprigs and place the pan in the oven for 30 minutes.

Cut the bacon into small cubes or strips, sprinkle it with chicken and potatoes, bake for another 15 minutes.

Lastly, put tomatoes in a baking sheet, prepare the dish for another 15 minutes. We serve a ready-made chicken with vegetables with toasted crispy bread and leaves of any green salad.
