First prepare a fragrant sauce. Everything is simple: mix olive mayonnaise with grated garlic, cheese, honey, lemon juice. Salt and pepper the sauce.

Peel the potatoes, divide the chicken into portions, rub both the chicken and the potatoes with cheese sauce.

Rinse the champignons, cut.

Place the chicken on a wire rack, place on a baking sheet (it is better to take a glass baking sheet). Put potatoes and mushrooms around the chicken pieces.

Sprinkle it all abundantly with grated cheese. Clean in the oven. Cook for 45 minutes at a moderate temperature of 180 degrees.
