A very interesting traditional Chinese dish!

You will need
- - 250 g jasmine rice
- - 2 tbsp. l sunflower oil
- - 4 diced chicken breast fillets
- - 3 tbsp. l light honey
- - 1 bunch of young onions with feathers (chopped)
- - b l soy sauce

Boil the rice in boiling water according to the instructions on the packaging, then drop it into a colander.

Warm the butter in a wok or large frying pan. Put the chicken and fry 3-4 minutes before browning.

Add honey, onion and soy sauce, fry another 1 yr minutes until the meat is ready. Put on rice and serve.
