You will need
- For four servings:
- - chicken breast - 2 pieces;
- - green peas - 150 g;
- - cashews - 100 g;
- - three cloves of garlic;
- - a slice of fresh ginger;
- - green onions - 8 stems;
- - vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
- - fresh red pepper - 2 pieces;
- - soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - Sesame oil - 1.5 tsp.
Instruction manual

First, heat vegetable oil in a wok, add chopped green onions, garlic, grated ginger root. Stir for a few seconds.

Now add to the wok chicken breasts, cut into strips, fry until golden brown.

Add the peppers, cut into strips, cashews and peas. Fry for two minutes together.
