Sift flour into a bowl. Put sugar and tea, mix.

Add chopped butter, egg, lemon juice and flavor. Knead soft, elastic dough. Add nuts and knead the dough again. Wrap the dough in cling film and put in the freezer for 15 minutes.

Put the dough on baking paper and roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick. Cut out cookies with a cookie cutter (remove the remaining dough).
