Sift both types of flour with soda. Wash, dry, raisins, roll in flour and add to dry ingredients. Little by little, we begin to add a mixture of flour with raisins to the liquid ingredients and quickly knead a thick dough. We put it in a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.
