The salad will appeal to music lovers and those who just want to eat.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken (preferably breast)
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 2 fresh cucumbers
- 3-4 eggs
- 100 g cheese
- 10 pitted olives
- to decorate a piece of red fish or carrots and parsley
Boil the chicken. During cooking, be sure to remove the foam from the broth. Salt, add peppercorns and bay leaf. Then the meat will be aromatic. After cooling, cut into small pieces.
Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Cook eggs and three on a coarse grater.
Rub the cucumbers on a coarse grater.
From the cheese we cut off small pieces for keys of 9-10 pieces (as in the photo). Three remaining cheese on a fine grater.
Salad decoration "White Piano"
Lay out the salad in layers. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. First, lay out a large rectangle - the base of the piano. We use 2/3 of the ingredients.
The bottom layer is boiled chicken
2 layer - fried mushrooms
3 - grated fresh cucumber
4 - grated boiled eggs
Now we spread the top of the piano, this is half our rectangle in length. Layers in the same sequence from the remaining 1/3 of the ingredients.
With a spatula, you can trim the sides so that the piano is more beautiful. Coat the laid out layers with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese on all sides. Including the place where the keys will be. There you can make a layer of cheese a little thinner.
Put the pieces of cheese in place of the keys. In place of the black keys we put the halves of olives. It is advisable to observe the real alternation of black keys 2-3.
The upper part of the piano can be decorated with a flower of salted fish or carrots and a sprig of parsley.
It is advisable to serve the salad on a dark dish so that the white piano contrasts with the dark background.
