You will need
- - 250 g of crab meat (or crab sticks);
- - ½ cup breadcrumbs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of dried basil;
- - 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 hard-boiled egg;
- - 1 raw egg;
- - juice ½ lemon;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt, ground black pepper.

Chop the crab meat as finely as you can.

Grind the boiled egg with a fork.

Combine the chopped egg, chopped meat and raw egg.

Salt, sprinkle with pepper, add lemon juice, mix everything thoroughly.

Combine the breadcrumbs in the bowl with chopped garlic and basil.

Form balls from the minced meat with a wet spoon, dip each one into the breading mixture, send to the pan with preheated vegetable oil.
