Instruction manual
1
Pour a glass of honey with pomegranate juice, warm a little over low heat, not bringing the mixture to a boil. Stir until honey is completely dissolved. If your pomegranate juice is sour, then add sugar to taste.
2
Add vegetable oil, cocoa powder, quenched with vinegar soda to the honey-pomegranate mixture and add flour. Knead the dough with a mixer. It should turn out to be viscous and fluid, like condensed milk. Another dough will bubble slightly - this is quite normal.
3
Grease the mold with oil, pour the dough into it. Put the caramelized oranges on top. They are very simple to make: cut oranges into thin slices. Melt brown sugar in a small amount of water in a frying pan to make caramel, dip oranges in it, cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.
4
Bake the gingerbread for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Check the readiness with a wooden stick - it should remain dry when piercing the dough.
5
Carrot on pomegranate juice with oranges is delicious even when cold. Her surface is glossy, caramelized - a very delicious treat for tea!
