Instruction manual

1

Pour the flour onto the board, salt, put a piece of butter from the refrigerator.

2

Chop the butter with a knife, mix it with flour until a pea-sized crumb is formed and pour into a cup. Add cold water and quickly knead the dough until all the crumbs are combined into a ball.

3

Put a piece of dough the size of an egg on the bottom of the molds. Spread over the surface of the mold until the basket comes out. Put the tins in the refrigerator.

4

Separate the trout from bones and skin and cut into thin slices. Mix eggs with cream.

5

Add spinach, nutmeg, and grated cheese.

Remove the molds from the refrigerator. Twist a strip of trout into a roll.

7

At the bottom of each basket of dough put 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons fill. Put the trout roll on top. Align and press lightly so that the fill rises to the upper edges of the basket. If necessary, add some more fill.

8

Bake in the oven, preheated to 175 degrees, for about 50 minutes. Serve trout and spinach baskets as a snack.
