Ingredients:

  • 4 pita bread;

  • 4 chicken eggs;

  • 60 g butter;

  • 150-200 g Adyghe cheese or suluguni cheese;

  • 1-2 tomatoes;

  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Take a large and wide skillet. Each lavash is attached to the dry bottom of the pan and cut, fitting to the desired diameter. At the same time, the cut pita bread should completely cover the bottom of the pan.

  2. Pour water into a wide plate, add salt and stir until salt is completely dissolved.

  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

  4. Put butter in a frying pan and melt it.

  5. Quickly dip one pita bread into salt water, first with one side, then with the other side, and put in hot oil, immediately increasing the heat.

  6. Drive an egg into a plate, beat with a fork, pour evenly on pita bread and sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese. After which, wait a little while until the egg mass sets, and the cheese melts slightly. As soon as this happened, pry the pita carefully with a spatula and turn it over without breaking its integrity. As a rule, it turns over quite simply and easily.

  7. Put a couple of tomato rings on the center of the pita bread.

  8. Cover the tomato rings on all sides with pita bread in the egg, forming an envelope.

  9. Put the finished envelope with cheese and egg on a plate with the bends down. Repeat this procedure three more times, laying each envelope on a separate plate.

  10. Decorate all envelopes with sprigs of greens and tomato slices, serve hot to the table.

Note that you can stuff envelopes with any products, taking into account the taste preferences of virtually all family members. But the base of pita bread, eggs and cheese should be unchanged. The number of products in the recipe is indicated in 4 servings, so if you need more servings, then the number of products should be increased.
