A wonderful cake is perfect for a birthday table, or as a gift to a loved one. Even a beginner can easily cook it.

You will need
- -2 chicken eggs;
- - a glass of sugar;
- - jars of condensed milk;
- - a glass of sour cream;
- -a glass of flour;
- -2 tablespoons of cocoa;
- -1 tablespoon of flour;
- 1 teaspoon of soda;
- -Strawberry; coconut flakes (white).
- For cream:
- -500 ml cream (33-35%);
- -3 tablespoons of sugar;
- a packet of vanilla sugar;
- -3 bananas.

Beat eggs and sugar well until you get a creamy consistency. Add condensed milk and sour cream, mix again and beat until you get a homogeneous mass.

Add to the mixture sifted through a sieve, flour, cocoa (you can also sift) and mix (preferably with a whisk). Then mix slaked soda into the mass.

Prepare a baking dish - put paper in it and evenly distribute the entire mass over the mold. Bake cakes should be 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the cake cool and cut it into 2 equal parts lengthwise.

Whip cream as well until the consistency of the cream, gradually pour sugar. Thinly cut the bananas.

Then the cake is laid out as follows: grease the cake with cream, on top of the cream - a layer of bananas, for bananas - cream. The same story happens with the second cake, which is applied after the cream. The third cake is smeared with cream, and you should align the sides and cream.

Sprinkle coconut flakes on the cake, starting from the sides and ending with the top. Decorate the cake with strawberries in the middle, on the sides - it all depends on your imagination.
