- - strawberries - 300 grams;
- - Mascarpone cheese - 250 grams;
- - fat cream - 150 milliliters;
- - shortbread cookies - 3 pieces;
- - dark brown sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - white rum - 1 tablespoon.

Set aside a couple of strawberries for decoration, mash the rest with a fork in mashed potatoes. Pour sugar with warmed rum (can be replaced with vodka), stir until dissolved.

Whip the cream until soft peaks, pour the dissolved sugar, whipping the mixture.

Mash the mascarpone with a spoon at room temperature, mix with whipped cream. Spread the creamy mass in a bowl. Lay the strawberry puree on top. Blend it in a spiral motion with the bottom layer using a stick. Clean for fifteen minutes in the refrigerator.

Get the strawberry ful with mascarpone, sprinkle with crumbled cookies, garnish with strawberries and a leaf of mint. Serve immediately.
