Turkish pilaf is pilaf. Pilav is often used as a side dish in Turkey, one can even say that it is the main one. It turns out to be very satisfying, light and tasty.

- - 1 glass of rice
- - boiled water
- - 6 tbsp. l vermicelli
- - salt to taste

First put the butter in a skillet and melt it, then fry the noodles until golden brown.

Add well-washed rice in cold water. Stir and fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring.

Put the kettle to boil when it boils, fill the rice with water so that it covers it, but do not overfill. Boil until boiling water, salt to taste.

Stir the cooked rice and see that there is no moisture left. If the rice is hard, pour a little water, but do not overfill.

Spread the rice evenly throughout the pan and cover with foil and a lid on top. Leave for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
