  • - 1 kg of potatoes;

  • - 100 ml of milk;

  • - 2 eggs;

  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter.

  • For filling:

  • - 200 g of fresh champignons;

  • - 1 head of onion;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of hard cheese;

  • - A pinch of black pepper, Italian herbs, salt.

Peel the potato, chop coarsely, set to simmer until tender. Then drain the water from the potatoes, pour in the milk, mash, adding butter. After that, beat in the raw eggs, mix again.

Peel the onion, chop coarsely, cut the mushrooms into strips. Fry the mushrooms with onions until golden. Pepper, salt to taste, add a mixture of Italian herbs.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with a little oil.

Put mashed potatoes in a pastry bag, form small nests on a baking sheet. If you don’t have a pastry bag, then take a few bags, put one in one, cut a corner, put the mashed potatoes in portions. First squeeze the round bottom, then the sides.

Fill the nests with mushroom filling, sprinkle with grated cheese, put in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes. Potato nests with champignons and cheese can be served immediately hot or wait until they are slightly tucked up.
