You will need

  • - 4-5 squids;

  • - 150 g of champignons (you can take any mushrooms);

  • - 150 g of grated cheese;

  • - 2-3 eggs;

  • - 1 onion;

  • - 1 carrot;

  • - Mayonnaise;

  • - Salt and spices to taste;

  • - Greens.

Instruction manual

1

Rinse the mushrooms and cut into slices. Fry them lightly in a preheated oil pan, then add chopped onions and grated carrots. Boil the eggs and let them cool, then cut them into small cubes.

2

Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl. Set the cheese aside, they will need to sprinkle squids on top. Salt and pepper the filling.

3

Now let's prepare the squid itself. Boil the squid in boiling water for a couple of minutes. This is enough to easily remove the film from the carcass. Remove the insides and cut the tail. Cut the tail into strips and add to the bowl with the filling.

4

Carefully fill the carcasses with the filling using a small spoon. Squid the edges of the squid carcass with a toothpick. Put on a greased baking sheet and send to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

5

The time required to prepare the squid is 15 minutes. A few minutes before cooking, remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese. Put in the oven for a couple more minutes.
