To prepare tomato khinkali sauce you will need:

- 1 kg of tomatoes;

Wash the tomatoes in cold water, then pour boiling water over them and peel them off. Then chop finely. Peel onion and garlic, chop with a knife and add to tomatoes. Put everything in a pan, pour sugar, salt, season with basil, mix well and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Then wipe the resulting mass through a sieve and serve the finished tomato sauce to khinkali.

Garlic Sause

To prepare garlic sauce you will need:

- 100 ml of tomato juice;

- 50 ml of vegetable oil;

- 50 ml of lemon juice;

- 3 cloves of garlic;

- 1 tbsp. l Sahara;

- salt;

- pepper.

Peel the garlic cloves, chop them with a knife or pass through a press and grind with sugar, salt and ground pepper. Then dilute with tomato juice, add vegetable oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly.

Spicy sauce with herbs

To prepare hot Georgian khinkali sauce, you need to take:

- 500 g canned tomatoes in their own juice;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 50 g of cilantro;

- 50 g of green dill;

- 1 tbsp. l hops-suneli;

- 1 tbsp. l coriander;

- ¼ tsp hot peppers;

- red ground pepper;

- ½ tsp Sahara;

- ½ tsp salt.

Wipe canned tomatoes in their own juice through a sieve. Peel the garlic, pass through a press and add together with sugar and salt to the grated tomatoes. Put the mixture on moderate heat, bring to a boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Then put the Suneli hops, coriander, hot peppers and simmer for another 3 minutes. If desired, strengthen the sharpness of the sauce by adding red ground pepper to taste. At the very end of cooking, add finely chopped cilantro and dill to the sauce.

Sour cream sauce

To make sour cream sauce, the following ingredients are required:

- 1 cup sour cream;

- 4 tbsp. l table vinegar;

- 2 tsp powdered sugar;

- salt;

- ground black pepper.

Add 6% vinegar and powdered sugar to the sour cream. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

Sour cream sauce with horseradish and apples

To prepare sour cream sauce according to this recipe, you need to take:

- 1 ½ cup thick sour cream;

- 100 g horseradish root;

- 100 g of apples;

- ½ lemon;

- salt;

- sugar.

Wash the horseradish root, peel and grate on a fine grater. Wash the apples, peel, remove the cores, and also rub the flesh on a grater and combine with horseradish. Add sour cream, season with salt, sugar, lemon juice and beat thoroughly with a wooden oar.
