Recipe salad with rice "Extraordinary tenderness"
To make a salad, you will need the following ingredients: 500 g chicken, 5 tbsp. l rice, 6 chicken eggs, 2 carrots, 200 g of hard cheese, 250 g of sour cream or mayonnaise, 2 cloves of garlic, salt to taste, fresh parsley.
Boil the chicken breast until tender in salted boiling water and set to cool. The cooled breast is cut into small cubes. Raw carrots are peeled and rubbed on a coarse grater. Chicken eggs are also boiled. 4 cooled eggs are rubbed, and 2 are left to decorate the salad.
Rice is washed in several waters and set to cook for 15-20 minutes. The finished rice is folded onto a sieve to completely glass the liquid. Peeled garlic is passed through a press. Chopped garlic cloves are mixed with sour cream.
At the bottom of the salad bowl lay part of the chicken. Then put rice, chicken eggs, carrots on it. Each layer is coated with sour cream. Repeat the layers until the products run out. The top of the salad consists of grated cheese, greased with the remaining sour cream.
The yolks are grated and sprinkled with cheese. Flowers of lily of the valley are cut out of the protein and a salad is decorated, previously sprinkled with chopped parsley.
