If you want to cook a whole chicken, then washed and dried carcasses of a bird should be rubbed with a mixture of vegetable oil, salt, pepper, sugar, spices to taste, cognac and garlic squeezed through a press. In this form, the bird should be marinated for several hours, and even better - all night. Place the pickled chicken in the multicooker bowl. The cooking mode is the same - "baking". At the end of the program, the bird should be turned to the other side and cook for another 40 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the finished carcass with plenty of greens.

How to fry fish in a slow cooker

If frozen fish is taken for frying, it must be thawed before cooking. Rinse the carcass, remove the fins and tail. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl, turn on the baking function. Wait until the oil warms up a bit, at this time cut the fish into portions, add salt, roll in flour and put in a bowl with heated oil. Fry the pieces on one side, turn on the other. Then - close the lid of the multicooker and turn on the "fish" mode. To taste, in the cooking process, you can add onion in half rings to the fish, grated carrots on a coarse grater.

For frying in a slow cooker, fish of low-fat varieties with a minimum of bones is ideal.
