    • garlic 2 cloves;
    • ground black pepper 1 tsp;
    • paprika 1 tbsp

Prepare the chicken breast - breast. Take boneless flesh. Wash under water to clean it of the smallest bones and adhering particles. First you need to marinate the chicken breast in salty cold water with the addition of bay leaf. Salt is taken at the rate of 1 tbsp. without a slide at 1.5 tbsp. water. Chicken breast is placed in saline for 2 hours. Water should completely cover the chicken.

In the meantime, cook the marinade. The marinade should be spicy. Garlic is part of any pastor’s recipe, as well as vegetable oil. Add to this composition black pepper, paprika, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp. soy sauce. Mix everything thoroughly. Garlic should be finely chopped. You get a paste for rubbing chicken breast.

Take the chicken breast out of the water. Place on paper towels to dry. Hold for 5 minutes. If necessary, replace towels with dry ones. With breast prepared for pickling, water should not drain.

Coat the chicken slices thoroughly with the resulting paste. Fold in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours, you can overnight.

Get out the chicken breasts. Put them in the form, pre-covering the bottom with foil. The dish should turn out with a crust, so put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.

Bake the pastor for 15-20 minutes. When it is almost ready, remove it from the oven and pour it over the resulting juice, put it in the oven for another 10 minutes. So on the pieces of chicken a sweet icing is formed, which will decorate the resulting dish and give the pastor a special piquant taste.

Pastrami prepared for baking can be twisted into a roll, tied with a thread so that it does not crumble. After the dish is ready, remove the threads. It will turn out a beautiful sausage.
