Roses from oil cream First of all, prepare a cream. Rub the butter in a deep bowl to the consistency of sour cream and beat with a whisk or hand mixer, adding condensed milk and vanillin. Roll a bag of parchment paper, insert a cardboard plate into the sharp end so that the cut is flat. Cut the tip of the bag - the cut should be straight, about two centimeters long. Candied roses For this decoration you will need fresh large flowers without damage, fully opened and not treated with chemicals. Carefully disassemble the rose into petals. Immerse each petal in slightly beaten protein, then in fine crystalline sugar. Set them on a wire rack to dry. Start picking a rose. Put a paper towel in the cup. Using a brush, apply a little protein to the edges of the petals and carefully glue them together in a cup. Start with large petals, lastly form the center of the flower. Leave the finished product overnight to dry. Ready-made flowers are stored in cardboard boxes for up to 3 months.

Roses from marzipan For the manufacture of such flowers, it is easier to use ready-made marzipan, sold in briquettes. Remove the mass from the package, roll it into a sausage, cut into small slices of different sizes. By pressing a finger, form the petals of a rounded convex-concave shape. Collect the rose starting at the core. Fasten the petals with a light pressure at the base of the future flower. Please note that without sealed packaging, marzipan dries quickly, so you need to work with it quite quickly.
