If the dish is fish, try cutting fish out of the salmon fillet; alternatively, twist the salmon slices into "buds". Such a "bud" can be fastened with a toothpick. From dill or parsley, you can make a green meadow. By the way, if the idea of ​​the meadow is attractive to you, you can arrange it with mushrooms. An effective glade will look if you use mushrooms that are pickled in its original form, that is, without cutting. Do not forget that each ingredient that you choose to decorate the dish should be combined with the main treat. There are special graters with different nozzles just to create edible jewelry. When using such a grater, however, the figures will be devoid of volume.
