Cook the icing. It can be used both as an independent decoration and as a “glue”. For example, pieces of fruit, candy, nuts, etc. can be attached to the icing. Cook syrup from 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Beat 2 egg whites, add 1/2 cup lemon juice in the process, a little salt and pour sugar syrup in small portions. After pouring all the syrup, beat for a few more minutes. You can add food coloring.

Lubricate the cupcake. Make a composition of pieces of fruit or nuts on its surface. You can simply arrange the pieces nicely, or you can create something plot. For example, make eyes out of chocolate peas, and a mouth out of raspberries.

To decorate the cupcakes, mastic and marzipan are very suitable. They can be painted in different colors. Make 2 small circles of red mastic and 2 sticks and a leaf of green. Place the sticks at an angle on the surface of the cupcake. Attach cherries to their lower ends, and a leaf to the corner. Flat figures of matryoshka dolls from mastic, and flowers or butterflies from marzipan will look great.

To make a human figure, it’s enough to remember how you painted it in childhood. Roll a round cake for the head, oval for the body. Blind 4 sticks for pens and legs. Collect the figurine directly on the surface of the cupcake.

The basis of the decorative composition may be chocolate cream. Lubricate the top of the cake with it. Against such a background, bright pieces of fruit, coconut flakes (it can also be painted with food coloring) will look great, figures from mastic. You can, for example, plant a butterfly or a dragonfly made of mastic in the center, and pour coconut flakes in the shape of a flower in a circle. Contours can be pre-applied with a toothpick or a pointed match.

On the same chocolate background, draw the outline of the leaf. Sprinkle it with green coconut. Put a bug in the center, dazzling it from red and black mastic.

It is very good if you have a thick jam with whole berries on hand. Even better if there are several varieties of different preserves. Take out the berries or pieces of fruit and make an ornament out of them. It can be supplemented with elements from mastic. For example, connect the berries with stems or make leaves between them.

For muffins, oily cream is not very suitable. But the composition of whipped cream is quite suitable, especially in combination with fresh berries or pieces of fruit.
