Stewed zucchini, which is perfect as a side dish for meat and poultry, is prepared quite simply, it takes only 20-25 minutes to cook them. Prepare all the ingredients. Wash the zucchini, if its peel is rough and thick, then peel the zucchini from it. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Peel the onions and finely chop the onions. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel, chop finely.

Put a deep frying pan over high heat, add vegetable oil. Fry the onion until golden and soft, then add chopped tomatoes to the onion and fry for about 4-5 minutes until the juice is extracted from the tomatoes.

Add zucchini to the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste, mix and let simmer under a closed lid. Stewing zucchini will be finished when they become soft and tender. Time depends on the size of the cubes of zucchini (once every five minutes mix the dish, after about 15-20 minutes it will be ready).
