    • 1 kg of potatoes

    • 100 g butter

Start peeling the potatoes, then cut into small slices and place in the microwave for cooking. Do not forget to pour the dish with two tablespoons of water.

Put in the microwave at full power for a couple of minutes until the potatoes are soft. Then mix the potato slices and leave under the lid of the bowl.

Mix milk and butter separately, add salt or pepper (you can both) to taste, heat for about four minutes, then pour the resulting heated mixture into potatoes and mix. Fragrant mashed potatoes are ready! For the second dish:

Wash the potatoes, cut them in half or quarters (it all depends on the size), put them in a bowl with a lid and pour a little water there. Cover your saucepan or bowl and put in the microwave for 8-10 minutes at maximum power. During cooking, you can mix the potatoes a couple of times. As always, add salt, oil or greens to your liking. You can even get baked potatoes in the microwave. To do this, you need the potato itself, a paper bag and salt. Wash the potatoes with water, then put them wet in a bag, bend the edges of the bag, turn on the microwave at full power. After five minutes, you can flip the package to the other side. after another five minutes - taste it. Availability depends on the size of the potato, its weight and the power of the microwave. The final product is obtained with a slightly exfoliated skin, as if just taken out of a fire (only naturally without ash and a characteristic smell).
