Horseradish can also be stored in powdered form, for example, in powder. To do this, thoroughly rinse its roots, then let them dry completely by laying it out on plywood. Rub the dried roots of the plant to a powdery state. This method is convenient because horseradish is almost always at hand and can be added to any dish without any difficulty.

Well, and the last way. Rinse the horseradish from dust and dirt, clean it from the skin, and then place it in the freezer. Take out as needed.
