Wash the fish with cool water, clean from scales and entrails, cut off the tail, head and fins. Cut the resulting carcass with a sharp knife into pieces of 1.5-2 cm thick, and then cut each piece from the side of the spine so that it can be laid out in length. In the end, you should get some pieces that look like straps.

In a separate bowl, mix the lecho and mayonnaise, grease the pieces of fish with the mixture.

Put the pre-chopped vegetables in a layer on a baking sheet (you can also use frozen mixes from bags), put pieces of fish on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. The dish can be served both hot and cold.

On a leaf in the oven, fish can cook faster than vegetables (especially if you use frozen vegetables). In order not to overdry your fish when it is ready, you can transfer the whole dish to a closed roasting pan or stewpan and simmer until vegetables are ready.
