A delicious cheesecake can be prepared without an oven and microwave. It turns out a very tender curd delicacy with a chocolate flavor and a layer of your favorite fruit jam.

You will need
- - cottage cheese - 400g;
- - butter - 200 g;
- - chocolate - 200 g;
- - cookies - 100 g;
- - powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - gelatin - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - any jam.

First you need to crush the cookies until flour. You can use any cookie for the cheesecake - the main thing is that it easily crumble. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with cookies until smooth.

We cover the detachable form with parchment, pour out the resulting "dough" with an even layer and carefully compact it. We put in the refrigerator for half an hour to solidify.

We take out the butter from the refrigerator and let it soften.

Pour gelatin with a quarter cup of warm water and leave to swell. Then heat in a water bath until completely dissolved.

Beat cottage cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla sugar with a mixer until a thick, homogeneous mass is formed. A few tablespoons of the mass are mixed with previously dissolved gelatin and knead well. Then pour in a thin stream into the rest of the curd mass and whisk again.

Pour the curd into a mold on a frozen cake. We put in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours until completely solidified.

After this time, take out the cheesecake from the refrigerator. Evenly distribute jam on top. Melt the remaining chocolate and pour the cheesecake on it. We put in the refrigerator for another 1 hour. After that, carefully remove from the mold and transfer to a dish.

If desired, you can eliminate the layer of jam and increase the amount of chocolate for the top.

You can decorate the finished cheesecake with coconut or grated chocolate.
