If you want to pamper your household with a delicious and healthy omelet, then I advise you to cook this dish according to GOST. All that is required to make an omelet that has a “taste from childhood” is to observe the exact proportions of milk and eggs.

Omelet according to GOST in the oven: recipe

You will need:

- four chicken eggs;

- from 80 to 120 ml of milk (depending on the size of the eggs, if they are large, then 30 ml of milk is taken per egg, if small, then 20 ml);

- salt (to taste);

- vegetable oil (for greasing a baking sheet).

Break eggs into a bowl and add milk and salt to it, observing all proportions. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and pour the egg-milk mass into it so that its layer does not reach above five centimeters (for this it is better to use a wide form). Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the omelet from the oven, grease with butter and sprinkle with any herbs to taste. To keep the food as magnificent, it is advisable to leave it to cool in the oven.

Omelet according to GOST in the multicooker

You will need:

- five large eggs;

- a glass of milk;

- a pinch of salt.

Break eggs into a deep, wide bowl, add milk to them, salt and beat with a fork or whisk for about a minute. Grease the form of the multicooker with any oil, and then pour the cooked mass into it. Without closing the lid of the kitchen appliance, set “baking” on it for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, close the multicooker cover and let the omelet cool slightly. Carefully remove the finished dish from their shapes, grease with butter, cut into portions and serve with the toast.
