You need to take in advance 2 slightly overripe (in the brown dots, "freckles") banana. Peel them, cut the pulp into slices of any thickness with a knife. The thinner they are, the faster they freeze. Put them on a plate or cutting board, put them in the freezer for an hour. This is the preparatory phase.

When the bananas in the freezer freeze and become hard, you can call the children and show them a super quick recipe, how in one minute you can make sweet chocolate ice cream from two products. And without sugar, milk, cream and chocolate.

Alone or with the help of children, you need to transfer all the frozen banana slices into the blender bowl, close the lid. Then - grind, in time enough for 30 seconds. The mixture will turn out to look not very beautiful due to brown spots on the pulp and in the middle of banana circles, but cocoa will mask all the "dirty" shades.
