The next cream is the main butter with condensed milk. Ingredients: butter - 200 g, condensed milk - 8 tablespoons. Take the oil (not cold, but softened), beat by hand, using a metal whisk or wooden spatula, until a homogeneous mass of white, lush and elastic. Without stopping whipping, add condensed milk over a tablespoon. And continue to whisk until a homogeneous, airy mass is obtained, about 10-15 minutes. If the milk is sugared, it can be boiled and cooled to room temperature.

Ganache is one of the creams based on cream and chocolate. It is also used to paint jewelry. There are black and white ganache, depending on the chocolate that you use.

Bring the cream intended for ganache to a boil and pour the chocolate melted in the microwave or in a steam bath. Stir thoroughly with a fork until the chocolate finally dissolves. After that, we cool it in the refrigerator (you can leave it overnight). The next day, the remaining cream should be whipped until lush. After that, beat the chilled creamy-chocolate mass to a thick state. And gradually, little by little, add to the whipped cream, turn on the mixer for 1-2 speeds.

The cream is very thick, delicate, similar to soft ice cream.

If you do not have a special syringe for drawing - it does not matter. Fold a bag of paper for baking, put cream in it, and draw on health!
