Sour cream should be heated to 80-90 degrees, then mix it with honey. It is worth remembering that for the preparation of sour cream toffee it is necessary to use exclusively fresh sour cream, since the product is not the first freshness will necessarily curl when heated and it will not be possible to use it.

Add softened butter to the honey and sour cream mass and mix well. Put the mixture on a slow fire so that it boils a little. Readiness to check as follows: drip a few drops on a cold surface, allow to cool completely and taste. If the consistency suits, then you can remove from the heat.
