1

Mango. The ripe fruit has a sweet fruity aroma emanating from the stem. The peel should have a yellowish tint, because a greenish tint indicates the immaturity of the fruit. Often on the peel of ripe fruits there are wrinkles. When you click on the peel of a mango, you can see the fingerprint on the peel. The softness of the pulp shows a high degree of maturity. The ripeness of the mango is also indicated by its weight. Ripe fruit will feel a bit heavier than its size.

A pineapple. Ripe fruit will always be hard, without dents, cracks or wrinkles. At the base, it should be slightly moist. When pressed, the ripe pineapple should spring a little and bend, but at the same time remain elastic. Ripe pineapple has a sweet, pronounced aroma. Thick and green foliage indicates the freshness of the fruit. If the top leaf is easily separated from the fruit, then the pineapple is ripe.

Coconut. There should be no cracks, dents, dark spots on the fetus. The place where the nut held onto the palm tree (three eyes) should not be soft and pressed when pressed - this indicates the decay of the fetus. The greater the weight of the coconut, the more delicious and ripe the fruit will be. The greener the coconut, the more milk it contains. If, when shaking the coconut, splashes of coconut juice are not audible, then the fruit is overripe, and its flesh has become stiff. The pulp of ripe coconut is easily separated from the shell and has a delicate texture. If the flesh is held by the layer under the shell, then this indicates that the nut was removed green.

Avocado. A ripe avocado looks clean, slightly shiny, intact and resilient. If you slightly press on the fetus with your fingers, a small dent appears, which quickly smoothes out and takes its original shape. The fruit is too soft, which, when pressed, releases the juice - overripe, and possibly rotted inside. Another sign of ripe avocado is the sound of a bone when the fetus is shaken.

Pomelo. The fetus should have been weighty, at least 1 kilogram. Weight guarantees the juiciness of the fruit. Ripe pomelo is determined by a uniform yellow color. The skin of the fruit should be smooth, uniform, without visible flaws and damage. The top of the fetus should be dense, but not more than one centimeter in thickness. A pronounced citrus aroma should come from the pomelo.

Kiwi. The fruits of ripened kiwi should be elastic, not shriveled, a little soft to the touch. Hair should be stiff. Too soft, softened fruits are overripe or damaged. Ripe kiwi produces aromas: lemon, strawberry and banana. If the kiwi is solid, then it has not yet ripened.
