Take two dozen quail eggs, put them in a deep saucepan, fill with water and bring it to a boil. Cook for five minutes, then remove from heat, drain boiling water and immediately pour eggs in cold water.

Free the eggs from the shell and carefully place them in a jar. Cut the onion into thin slices and garlic into small pieces. Lay chopped vegetables on top of eggs.
