You will need

  • - eggs - 5 pcs.;

  • - small tomatoes - 5 pcs.;

  • - cheese - 50 g;

  • - champignons - 200 g;

  • - salt, pepper - to taste;

  • - greens;

  • - mayonnaise.

Hard boiled eggs - about 7 minutes after boiling water. Then cool and peel without touching the protein. Cut the blunt end so that the egg can be placed vertically - usually 1-2 cm. Carefully remove the yolks.

Cut the champignons into small cubes no more than 0.5 cm. Fry in vegetable or butter until tender. Then combine with finely grated cheese, yolks, cut off caps of proteins and knead everything with a fork in a homogeneous puree. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.

We start the proteins with the resulting mixture and put on the dish with the cut end down.

Wash tomatoes, dry and cut in half. We take out the flesh from the halves. Spread the resulting hats on top of the eggs. We plant a few drops of mayonnaise on them to get white dots, like on fly agarics.

Around the mushrooms we spread any greens - parsley, dill, lettuce. We use shredded greens or spread it with twigs and leaves - we create a beautifully decorated dish resembling a green meadow with mushrooms.

In addition to such a filling, any other to your taste will do. For example, champignons can be replaced with finely chopped ham or canned fish. You can make the filling of yolks, cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. You can also use ready-made pastes of any kind, combined with yolk and chopped herbs.
