You will need
- For 6 medium cupcakes:
- - 140 g of flour;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 75 g of sugar;
- - 1 large sour apple;
- - 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- - 0.5 tbsp lemon juice;
- - 25 g of butter;
- - 50 ml of milk;
- - 50 g sour cream;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla essence;
- - 1 egg;
- - 60 g of tahini halva;
- - 0.5 tbsp sugar and 0.5 tsp cinnamon topping.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sift flour with baking powder and sugar into a large bowl. Melt the oil and cool slightly.

Separately, mix with a fork: egg, sour cream, vanilla and milk. Stir in melted butter.

Peel the apples, cut into small cubes and mix with lemon juice, cinnamon and a teaspoon of sugar. Combine with liquid ingredients. Add the flour mixture and stir quickly and not very thoroughly with a spatula. Add diced halva and mix again.

Fill the molds two-thirds, sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon, and send to the preheated oven for a quarter of an hour. Readiness check with a toothpick. Cool and serve.
