You will need

  • - 200-300 grams of cooked sausage, sausages or sausages,

  • - 3-4 medium-sized potatoes,

  • - 2 small cucumbers,

  • - 8 radishes,

  • - 3-4 eggs

  • - a small bunch of dill,

  • - a small bunch of green onions,

  • - sour cream (quantity to taste),

  • - kvass (quantity to taste),

  • - salt (amount to taste).

Wash the potato (no need to peel), rinse the eggs with water. Put the potatoes with eggs on the fire, cook until the potatoes are ready, then cool.

Finished eggs and potatoes (peel) cut into cubes. Dice sausage or sausages (size to taste).

Wash and dry cucumbers, radishes, dill and green onions. Cut the cucumbers in the same way as all the other ingredients. Chop dill and chives. Cut the radish to taste, you can cubes or plates, if desired, grate it (it tastes better).

Transfer prepared ingredients to a large bowl or small saucepan. Pour kvass, salt to taste. Put okroshka in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to insist. Serve in portions, add a spoonful of sour cream to each serving (as much as possible to taste). Serving okroshka is best with fried small potatoes, but it is also possible as an independent dish.
