- - kefir 3.2% - 500 ml;
- - eggs - 1-2 pcs.;

- - powdered sugar - for sprinkling.

Sifting wheat flour into a sufficiently deep bowl, make a small indentation in it. In this recess, insert a raw chicken egg along with granulated sugar, baking powder, that is, baking powder for dough and salt.

After taking kefir from the refrigerator, give it a little time so that it warms up to room temperature, then gradually introduce it into the dishes with the flour mixture. Mix everything well so that you end up with a homogeneous mass.

Knead the dough from the formed mass - it should be sufficiently dense, but in no case tight. Then set aside for about 10 minutes. After the time has passed, divide it into 2 parts and roll each one using a rolling pin into a layer 1 cm thick.

Dividing the rolled layers into strips, cut each into 2 more parts so that small rhombuses are obtained. In the center of the cut figures, make a hole and thread one of the ends into it. Perform these steps with the entire test.

Having heated a large enough amount of sunflower oil in a pan, fry the resulting figures on it from each side to a crust of rosy color. Kefir verguns are ready! Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
