Instruction manual

1

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment baking paper.

Sift flour through a sieve, mix with sugar, salt. Chop the veggie butter with a knife into small cubes and add to the flour. Stir the whole mixture thoroughly.

Put the shortcrust pastry in a square or rectangular shape, press with a press. As a press, you can use a container of water, placed on a rectangular cover, which cover the form. Leave it like this for about 15-20 minutes. Then pierce the dough in several places and leave to bake for about 20 minutes.

To prepare the top layer, melt the butter in a small saucepan, add sugar, bring to dissolution, pour soy milk there. Add vanillin. Cook until thickened and golden brown.

5

Remove the biscuit from the oven, cool it slightly at room temperature. Pour the top layer on it, achieving uniform distribution.

6

To make the glaze, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Pour on top of the caramel layer. Cool the cookies at room temperature, then place in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably at night. Finished cookies cut into cubes.

Useful advice

If you are not a strict vegetarian, you can replace the special butter with regular butter, and soy milk with cow, not less than 3.2 percent fat, but better selected.
