  • - wheat flour - 400 g;

  • - buckwheat flour - 100 g;

  • - water - 300 ml;

  • - salt - 0.5 teaspoon.

First you need to make a dough for future dumplings. Mix wheat and buckwheat flour and sift it so that a slide forms. A small depression should be made in the resulting slide. Dilute the water with salt and gradually pour it into this recess, while stirring the flour all the time. Then start kneading the dough.

After kneading the dough, it is necessary to roll it out and cut into several strips, the width of which should be at least 15 centimeters. Rinse the berries, cut into several pieces, and then put them on strips of dough so that there is a distance of 7 centimeters between them. Sweeten strawberries with sugar.

Fold each strip of dough on the long side in half. Take a glass and use it to cut the dumplings so that they have the shape of a semicircle. It remains only to boil water and cook them for 5-7 minutes. Dumplings with strawberries are ready!
