- - Cottage cheese - 400 g
- - Manka - 1/2 tbsp.
- - Kefir (ryazhenka) - 2/3 Art.

- - Eggs - 2-3 pcs.
- - Bowl 2 pcs.

Pour semolina into a bowl, add kefir (can be replaced with fermented baked milk or sour cream with milk) and mix thoroughly. Leave for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cottage cheese (can be replaced with curd mass), put in a bowl, add vanillin and baking powder, mix with a mixer at low speed. A homogeneous mass without lumps should be obtained.

We beat the eggs in a jar, beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour sugar in small portions in a jar without ceasing to beat eggs. You should get a uniform strong foam, and the sugar dissolve completely.

Pour the egg mixture into a bowl with cottage cheese, again mix with a mixer until smooth. The volume of semolina after swelling is approximately doubled, and grains are not felt.
Pour semolina into the curd-egg mixture, mix. The base of the casserole turns out to be quite liquid, about like a pancake dough. This should not be confusing. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter, pour the mixture into it and select the “Baking” mode.
The cooking time for different models differs, ranging from 40 minutes to 1 hour. After cooking, turn off the multicooker, without opening the lid, wait another 15-20 minutes. This will prevent the casserole from settling.

If the casserole is not well behind the bowl, divide it into 4 parts with a wooden spatula and carefully remove.
Useful advice
Do not use soda instead of baking powder - this will ruin the taste of the casserole.
