- - cottage cheese - 200 g;
- - butter - 200 g;
- - sugar - 80 g;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet;
- - baking powder for dough - 12 g;
- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - egg yolk - 1 pc.;
- - icing sugar;
- - thick jam.

Combine the following ingredients in one deep dish: pre-softened butter, vanilla sugar, granulated sugar and cottage cheese. Mix everything properly. Thus, you should get a homogeneous mass.

Before using baking powder for dough and wheat flour, sift both through a sieve several times. Enter these ingredients into the bulk. Knead the dough until its structure becomes elastic. Once this happens, form a ball out of it and wrap it with cling film. In this state, send it to cool in the refrigerator for half an hour.

After cooling the dough, divide it into 4 equal parts. Taking one of them, roll it into a round layer, the thickness of which is 5 millimeters. Cut the circle from the dough so that you get 8 identical segments in the form of triangles. So do with all the parts.

Place a small amount of jam on each triangular segment. By the way, as a filling, you can also use, for example, boiled condensed milk. Roll curd bagels. This procedure should be started from a broad perspective.

Place the curd bagels with the filling on the baking tray, previously covered with baking paper. Beating the egg yolk, grease them with the surface of the future goodies.

Bake the dish in the oven, the temperature of which is 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes. Curd bagels with filling are ready! If you wish, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
