Usually, cake cream is made when cakes are baked. This recipe is a little different, that is, you first need to prepare the cream. To do this, combine the chocolate and cream broken into slices in one saucepan. Put on the stove and heat, stirring continuously, until completely homogeneous. Place this mass in the refrigerator for the whole night. Beat it thoroughly the next morning, then mix with condensed milk.

Break the chicken eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Put the second in a separate bowl and mix with granulated sugar. Beat the resulting mixture until white. In other words, until sugar is completely dissolved.

Divide the chocolate into small pieces and combine with butter. Place in a saucepan and set on fire to melt. Cool the mass, then enter it to the sugar-egg mixture. Add soda and lemon juice, as well as cocoa powder, flour, vanilla and starch. Mix everything thoroughly.

Put the egg whites in a free dish and beat until a stable white foam appears. Then enter the resulting mass to the main one, but not all at once, but in several stages. The dough for the cake is ready.

Cover a baking sheet with a sheet of parchment, grease and put 5 tablespoons of dough on it, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. In this form, send the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees for about 5 minutes. The first cake is ready. Repeat these steps until the dough is over.
